Stripe API Problem: Remote Transaction Failure
Online payments for new clients of Falls Technology Group who have not paid previously are experiencing an error that tells them that the Remote Transaction Failed. Our support team is currently working on troubleshooting and repairing this problem.
Currently, customers who have not yet made payments with us will need to call in to make their first payment and upload their credit card information. This can be done by calling 605-501-6060.
Who This Effects:
This effects only new clients who have not yet uploaded payment information on file through our portal.
